# Initial Marketplace Structure and Plans

The JetFuel Marketplace will be developed in three key phases, ensuring a smooth and scalable transition from GameFi rewards to real-world travel services.

Phase 1 (2025) – Foundation & Ecosystem Growth:

* Expand the JetFuel gaming community and increase JTF token adoption.
* Establish early-stage partnerships with travel agencies and airline service providers.
* Develop the JetFuel Marketplace prototype, ensuring seamless crypto payment integration.

Phase 2 (2026) – Marketplace Launch & Travel Integrations:

* Official launch of the JetFuel Marketplace, enabling JTF token redemptions for flights and travel services.
* Establish strategic airline and travel partnerships, securing discounted flight rates for JTF users.
* Implement token staking and loyalty programs, rewarding active participants.

Phase 3 (2027 & Beyond) – Expansion & Global Adoption:

* Introduce multi-currency support, allowing cross-chain crypto payments for travel services.
* Scale the marketplace into a comprehensive Web3 travel platform, integrating DeFi-based travel financing (e.g., pay with crypto loans).
* Continue building partnerships with international airlines and hospitality brands to enhance the marketplace ecosystem.

By following this structured roadmap, JetFuel will establish a decentralized, crypto-powered travel marketplace, bringing real-world economic utility to blockchain gaming.
